Fantastic bag,exceptional quality!

I bought thisi bag for both cabin and hold travel, plus weekend travel. Its now been used 3 x times and has delivered each time. Th surpising thing is just how much can be packed with the addition of the compression bag - 10 days worth of clothes was a breeze. The pack is solidly built and I found a way of securing the backstraps when putting it into hold luggage. As a soft case, it can easily be made to fit luggage space. It is now my choice of bag for weekend to fortnight travels. The washbag is a nice addition, but not sure I woudl have it connected to the outside of the bag for travel, so the connectors appear superfluous and anything hanging off a bag can be ripped off too easily - nice thought, but not practical. We will see how hardwearing teh bag is over more trips, but so far its been good.

Had my eye on the 42L for about a year and it hasn’t disappointed now that I’ve finally bought it.

It’s been fine as carry on luggage so far and you can easily do five days away with just this bag if you’re packing standard stuff, and can fit extras on top like some camera gear or spare shoes.

The design and pickets are are well thought out and I like that it’s not too rigid and adapts well to what is packed inside it. When fully loaded and on the heavier side, there understandably a bit of strain on the shoulders but the same as you’d expect from a decent hiking backpack.

Highly recommended for anyone wanting to avoid check-in baggage when going away for a few days or needing a decent option kit storage (camera kit etc).

I love it. I am usually hesitant when it comes to buying things that are more on the expensive side, but I was not disappointed with this, and I’m so glad I did.
Very well made, very functional and practical, looks amazing… worth it
