Don’t be off put by the price! Quality comes with cost but this bag has exceptional space for everything you could need, from electronics to clothing and everything in between!
Fantastic bag, a lot of storage and a lot of pockets. I've carried a hiking bag with me almost everyday over the past 7 years. This is by far the best.
I'm a large guy (6ft, broad and round), the padded section is far too small. I like using the strap so that is a shame. Even an option for a large strap would be cool.
was liking at more expensive back packs but this does everything and is more affordable. Nice big main compartment, great size, works well for me, work and a child.
2 day location scout to Ireland in January, weather mixed. leave in morning get back tomorrow night. Enough room in the 42L Nomad for extra down jacket in case. Also computer bits, measuring bits laser range finder, iPad Pro and change of clothing in case I get caught out. Also colleagues phone nearly dead at Airport gate on the way out. No problem finding charger quickly as all organise into nomad packing bags. gets my vote and the service from Three Peaks is outstanding
This bag is the best bag I’ve ever had, the quality is second to none and the style is just perfect. Could recommend enough 👏🏼👏🏼
I have purchased this bag to travel across Asia. It’s fantastically well made. The front and rear opening is a great feature. Multiple pockets and areas for extra storage. Plus’s the packing cubes I purchased alongside it help with packing and space saving. I would highly recommend this bag!!
Handy Accessories Bag for the Tide Backpack to store all those odd items rather than separate backpack pockets and sections
Great Product and Service, would highly recommend Three Peaks.
The Tide Backpack, Accessory & Lunch bags are a great combination for the Daily Commute / Life.
I bought myself one of these in green a while ago and I absolutely love it. It's very practical, good-quality and hard-wearing and it looks great too. I bought it as an alternative to a Nordace bag as it looked similar and was quite a bit cheaper. I personally think this is a smarter urban backpack in any case. It's really good to know that it was manufactured with sustainability in mind too. My daughter wanted one in charcoal to take to school and so we have just bought a charcoal one. We had to wait for ages as they were out of stock for 3 or so months, but it was worth the wait. It's more than I'd usually spend on a school backpack but I'm hoping it will last her a good few years. As the zips appear to be high quality, this should help with the issue of putting a strain on the zip by her overstuffing the bag.
It’s my first product from Three Peaks and also my first rolltop bag. The quality it’s outstanding! Nothing to compare with the competitors.
It’s a shame this brand is not on the top 3 yet, really.
The only thing to keep in mind, you need to be organized with this kind of bags, that’s all. If you do so, you can even do a weekend trip without any issue.
Perfect - great commuting bag. Great quality. Will be hard pushed going elsewhere from now on!
This is a very well made Rucsac for travellers. All sorts of ways of using it. I’ve bought it for days in the hills filming. I like that it has padding and the potential to be waterproof. I can carry my iPad and assorted Digitalia and feel quite confident that they shall be well protected. The harness seems pretty comfortable and the waist belt is more than adequate. Looking forward to getting out again after an injury that has kept me captive for quite a while
Been looking for a new work bag and some are insanely priced but this is excellent value and a very well made product.
Purchased to house my gym items while in the gym, Multi use for passports and important items when travelling abroad. Quality is expected spot on.
I have been using this bag for about 6 months now, with a view to giving ti a good review.
The bag is great and is perfect for short breaks away, with the combo of fitting the Tide 18l inside it is brilliant. The divider between the front and back can be a bit restrictive as I add all my electronics and quick-to-access items in the Tide inside, however, it is movable, just not completely removable. The side pockets hold my drink and coffee cups well but could be doing with being a bit deeper as they have fallen out when storing it in the overhead or luggage stores on trains.
I do love this bag as I use it on every work trip, and personal ones too. A thought for the future is to give a camera divider like the packing cubes, that can fit inside. I do a lot of photography, but still carry my equipment outside the bag currently.
I have been using this bag for about 6 months now, so I can give an honest review. The bag is great, it holds decent-sized water and coffee cups in its side pockets and has a convenient hidden pocket.
I would recommend in the next version to have a top zip on the outside that you can access essentials quickly. For a wallet/phone/sunnies etc. Having to open the bag to get to the mesh pocket makes its combo into the Nomad 42l not great as you have to unzip both to get anything quickly out.
That being said, I am really impressed with the bag, and well worth the money.
The Nomad 42L is the perfect size - just about as big as you can get whilst still staying within the limits of carry-on for most airlines. Lots of pockets and it's useful to be able to split the interior in two. I also love that it's made of of recycled materials
I have been searching for this bag for a long time - nothing quite hit the mark until now - so glad that I waited until I saw someone with this bag on a train - he was delighted with it - rarely has a purchase exceeded my expectations - clearly this is the product of so much careful thought and design - simply wonderful
