GB Delivery / Tracking
  • Dispatch - All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day from our Warehouse in Wales. All orders placed after 3pm or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
  • Courier - Next Day Delivery - Royal Mail 24 - on all orders (Mon-Fri).
  • Shipment Cost - Free on all orders.
  • Tracking - Full Tracked Service, you will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

We currently only accept orders for delivery to addresses in Great Britain.

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will happily accept your return within 60 days of you receiving the item(s). Returns must be in an unused condition, returns cannot be accepted if they are visibly used, or damaged due to use or improper packaging.

Exchanges can only be made for a different colour of the same product or a product of the same value to the original order. If you would like a different product or size or item of a different value, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new online order for the replacement item.

If you are interested in exchanging a product for a different colour of the same product or product of the same value to the original order; when completing your return request, enter the reason as exchange, and provide details of what you would like to exchange the item for.

GB Returns
  • FREE returns via our courier partner.
  • Returns must be in an unused condition, returns cannot be accepted if they are visibly used, or damaged due to use or improper packaging.
Rest Of World Returns
  • Delivery charges for returns from outside Great Britain will be at your own cost, however you may use any courier of your choice. 
  • Import Duties and Taxes paid at the time of order are non refundable, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the products only.
  • Returns must be in an unused condition, returns cannot be accepted if they are visibly used, or damaged due to use or improper packaging.
Refunds
  • Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.
  • ​Returns must be unused, in the state you received them and in the original packaging (including any tags or inner packaging).
Warranty

All products are covered by a 2 year warranty as standard, this covers against defects in material or workmanship.

*The Warranty does not cover misuse or overloading which can cause damage to zips and other components. We’re committed to developing quality & robust products which are made to last, without compromising the environment.
