If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will happily accept your return within 60 days of you receiving the item(s). Returns must be in an unused condition, returns cannot be accepted if they are visibly used, or damaged due to use or improper packaging.

If you would like to exchange for a different product, if you could please complete a return for a refund of the original items and place a new order for the items you would like in exchange.

We currently offer delivery to certain EU member countries, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and also non EU members Switzerland.

• As part of the EU Right of Withdrawal policy we offer Returns up to 60 days and you can cancel an order before it is shipped using the Cancel Order button in your order summary, which you can access from your order confirmation email or online account. Once an order has been shipped you will either need to reject delivery and return to sender, or if it has been delivered follow the Return process.

• All returns from outside of the UK are at the customers cost, you can use any courier of your choice, all return costs including any duties and taxes will be at the customers cost. Any fees charged to us on delivery will be deducted from your refund. Please complete an online return request to receive your Return packing slip and return address instructions.

• Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.
