Shipping / Returns / Payment Options

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Payment Options

Klarna and Clearpay available, which can be found on
the final Payment page at Checkout after completing the Shipping details page.

Initially on the Checkout page, you will see available Express Checkout options depending
on your device, these include Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Alternatively, you can complete the Shipping information on the Checkout page and progress to the Payment page for standard
Credit and Debit card options, along with all other payment options.

Shipping - GB
  • All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day from our Warehouse in Wales. All orders placed after 3pm or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
  • EXPRESS Next Day Delivery on all orders (Mon-Fri). Royal Mail - Tracked 24.
  • FREE on all orders.
  • TRACKED Service, you will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping - Rest Of The World

We currently only accept orders for addresses in Great Britain.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will happily accept your return within 60 days of you receiving the item(s). Returns must be in an unused condition, returns cannot be accepted if they are visibly used, or damaged due to use or improper packaging.

Exchanges can only be made for a different colour of the same product or a product of the same value to the original order. If you would like a different product or size or item of a different value, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new online order for the replacement item.

If you are interested in exchanging a product for a different colour of the same product or product of the same value to the original order; when completing your return request, enter the reason as exchange, and provide details of what you would like to exchange the item for.

Great Britain

  • FREE returns via our courier partner.
  • Returns must be in an unused condition, returns cannot be accepted if they are visibly used, or damaged due to use or improper packaging.

Outside Great Britain

  • Delivery charges for returns from outside Great Britain will be at your own cost, however you may use any courier of your choice. 
  • Import Duties and Taxes paid at the time of order are non refundable, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the products only.
  • Returns must be in an unused condition, returns cannot be accepted if they are visibly used, or damaged due to use or improper packaging.

Processing Refund

  • Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.
  • ​Returns must be unused, in the state you received them and in the original packaging (including any tags or inner packaging).

Where Can I Find ThreePeaks Products

Our products are only available online, we do however offer a free 60 day return period, so if you were to purchase one to review and it is not quite what you are looking for, you can return it for a full refund.

Returns must be in an unused condition, returns cannot be accepted if they are visibly used, or damaged due to use or improper packaging.

Are The Bags Waterproof

All products are made using using hard wearing and durable waterproof or water-resistant outer materials.

You can find the full details relating to specific products on the individual product pages.

Simply click on the Dimensions & Materials on the product page tab to view the waterproof details of each product.

How Do I Clean My Bag?

The RPET material is water resistant and wipe clean.

For hard to remove stains we recommend hand washing with soap and water or machine washing on the gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent.

Always air dry.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 2 year replacement warranty as standard, this covers against defects in material or workmanship.

*The Warranty does not cover misuse or overloading which can cause damage to zips and other components. We’re committed to developing quality & robust products which are made to last, without compromising the environment.

Packaging

We use recycled cardboard product boxes and recycled paper tape.

As part of our commitment to reduce packaging waste, we do not provide any additional internal packaging with the recycled cardboard product boxes providing sufficient protection for the products.

Where Are Our Products Made

All of our products are designed in the UK – South Wales to be exact, with products being sourced from multiple UK, European and International suppliers who meet our high standards.

Bags – made from recycled plastic bottles (RPET), China.

Packaging – made from recycled paper packaging, UK.

We continue to work to source sustainable products in the UK and Europe to minimise our Carbon impacts. Where we are unable to source products locally, we ensure the minimisation of the Carbon impact through supplier practices and ensuring our own Carbon impact is minimised.

Industry leading technology used in Asia allows for conversion of recycled plastic bottles (PET) into RPET fabric using environmentally sustainable practices. This assists to find an outlet for plastic in this region which is the source of much of the worlds Ocean pollution, helping to reduce future plastic pollution.

We work closely with our international suppliers to ensure they meet global standards for the recycled materials as well as Social, Environmental and Ethical conditions, including ensuring factories are run to European standards, and are BSCI accredited.

Environmental Impact

We are passionate about producing products that have a positive impact on the environment, with our key goal of helping to reduce Ocean plastic. As such, our products are produced using Recycled plastic bottles (PET) or Organic Materials. Whilst this assists to tackle the existing Ocean plastic problem, we also support Ocean Generation, a charitable organisation dedicated to the protection and restoration of the Oceans. 1% of our gross profit is donated to assist their efforts to provide education and ocean restoration projects to reduce future Ocean pollution. When evaluating the environmental impact of producing any product, we consider the sourcing of sustainable materials combined with the sustainable management of any wasteproducts, and the Carbon impact of obtaining these products. We are passionate about all these factors and work closely with our international suppliers to ensure they meet global standards for the recycled materials as well as Social, Environmental and Ethical conditions, including ensuring factories are run to European standards, and are BSCI accredited.
