Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will happily accept your return within 60 days of you receiving the item(s). Returns must be in an unused condition, returns cannot be accepted if they are visibly used, or damaged due to use or improper packaging.

Exchange items will be sent once the original item is received and reviewed at our warehouse.

If you have exchanged for an item of a higher value, you will receive an email once the return item is received to finalise payment of the exchange at that time.

If you have exchanged for an item of a lower value you will refunded once the return item is received.

Great Britain

FREE returns via our courier partner.

Returns must be in an unused condition, returns cannot be accepted if they are visibly used, or damaged due to use or improper packaging.

Outside Great Britain

Delivery charges for returns from outside Great Britain will be at your own cost, however you may use any courier of your choice. 

Import Duties and Taxes paid at the time of order are non refundable, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the products only.

PROCESSING REFUND

Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.

Returns must be unused, in the state you received them and in the original packaging (including any tags or inner packaging).
