This race, known as “The World’s Toughest Row,” will test the limits of physical and mental endurance. The team will row non-stop, two hours on, two hours off, for up to 80 days, navigating rough seas, sleep deprivation, and complete isolation. Their journey will be an extraordinary test of resilience.

This team’s goal is to raise £45,000 for charity and to inspire young people to embrace challenges and pursue adventure. A Race Like No Other

The Atlantic Challenge is an endurance event unlike any other. Starting from La Gomera in Spain, the team will row 3,000 nautical miles to Nelson’s Dockyard in Antigua. Along the way, they will contend with unpredictable weather, 20-foot waves, and physical exhaustion, all while being entirely self-sufficient. There will be no support boats or outside assistance—once they leave shore, they are on their own.

This race has been attempted by fewer people than those who have climbed Everest, highlighting the scale of the challenge. With each rower burning over 5,000 calories per day and enduring harsh conditions, the team’s journey will demand precise preparation, strong teamwork, and an unwavering focus on their goal.
