Dispatch - All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day from our Warehouse in Wales. All orders placed after 3pm or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Courier - Next Day Delivery - Royal Mail 24 - on all orders (Mon-Fri).

Shipment Cost - Free on all orders.

Tracking - Full Tracked Service, you will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Europe

We currently offer delivery to certain EU member countries, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and also non EU members Switzerland.

All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri (UK GMT) will be shipped the same day from our UK Warehouse. All orders placed after 3pm or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

DELIVERY within 3-4 business days. *Estimated timeframe, delays can be experienced with local customs outside our control.

TRACKED Service, you will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES are included in the product price, shipping cost shown at checkout, there will be no additional charges at time of delivery.

RETURNS All returns from outside of the UK are at the customers cost, you can use any courier of your choice, all return costs including any duties and taxes will be at the customers cost. Any fees charged to us on delivery will be deducted from your refund. Please complete an online return request to receive your Return packing slip and return address instructions.

Rest of World

We currently only accept orders for addresses in United Kingdom and certain European (EU) countries. If you are outside these countries, you may be able to use a freight forwarding service with delivery to a UK address for delivery outside these regions however delivery and all charges will be at your own cost and responsibility.
